Why are we talking about art? Why not! Art inspires, provokes thought, and brings people together—exactly what we aim to do in our Community Coffee Shop. Each month, we feature a unique piece of art to spark conversations and deepen our connection with the community.

Here’s what we chose: Wassily Kandinsky’s “Improvisation 28 (second version).” Created in 1912, this masterpiece of abstract art, housed at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, is a vibrant exploration of form and color that captivates and stimulates the imagination.

Are you a parent or carer looking for guidance or support? Join us at the Phoenix Building in North Walsham for a series of sessions designed to connect you with resources and advice that can make a difference.

Emma from the Family Hub will be available to discuss your needs and introduce you to a range of local services aimed at supporting families.

The sessions are scheduled as follows:

• Wednesday, 5th June, 2:00 – 3:30 PM

These gatherings are a great opportunity to meet other local parents and carers, share experiences, and receive support and advice.

This April, our community had a sweet dilemma picking their favorite biscuit. Pink Wafers initially took the lead with their distinctive charm, but Jaffa Cakes have made a strong comeback, sharing the top spot as this month’s beloved biscuit.
