Free NHS Health Checks are available at The Phoenix Group for eligible adults aged 40 to 74.

These appointments are part of a national programme designed to spot early signs of stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, type 2 diabetes or dementia. Even if you feel fine, these checks can help identify risks and support you to stay healthy.
