Free Legal Advice with Norfolk Community Law Service

Norfolk Community Law Service (NCLS) offers a free, confidential legal advice drop-in service at The Phoenix Group on the third Friday of each month, from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

This service is open to anyone who may not otherwise be able to afford legal support. No appointment is needed — just drop in.

Support available includes:

• Advice on employment, family, and general legal matters

• Debt advice

• Welfare benefits support, including help with tribunals

• Domestic abuse legal advice

• Immigration advice and help with Home Office applications

• Discrimination and equality advice

• Family court support for private child contact matters

Norfolk Community Law Service is a registered charity providing access to justice for disadvantaged individuals across Norfolk.

Services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand is high, you may be asked to return the following month or referred to additional support.
