We had a fantastic meeting this morning at the Phoenix Building with the team from Everyone Active. A huge thank you to them for demonstrating their gait measuring equipment. It was a great opportunity to see such innovative technology firsthand, and we are enthusiastic about the potential benefits for our community.

This month, we’ve introduced ‘mellifluous’ as our Word of the Month at the Community Coffee Shop, and we’ve been thrilled to hear it flow just as sweetly in conversation as it sounds! Defined as “sweetly or smoothly flowing; sweet-sounding,” this adjective perfectly captures the essence of the warm and inviting conversations that fill our shop.
